Dr. David Ng’s, MD career reflects a strong foundation in education, extensive clinical experience, and a commitment to compassionate patient care. After earning his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, he completed his medical degree at Saint Louis University. He completed his internal medicine residency and fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Ng holds board certifications in internal medicine, pulmonary diseases, and critical care medicine.
At Cedars-Sinai, Dr. Ng has been recognized for his dedication to patients and his contributions to medical education. He is a recipient of the Circle of Friends and Standing Ovation Awards, which acknowledge his compassionate approach to care. He has also been honored with the Golden Apple Award from the Internal Medicine Training Program for his mentoring and educating young physicians.
Dr. Ng has significant experience working with heart and lung transplant programs, providing specialized care for critically ill patients. He also serves as a member of the Women’s Guild Lung Institute Center of Excellence, contributing to advancements in pulmonary medicine. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Ng is a Clinical Instructor of Medicine at the UCLA School of Medicine, where he supports the development of future medical professionals.
Dr. Ng’s expertise extends beyond the U.S.; he has coordinated healthcare services internationally across Asia, Europe, and North America. Dr. Jordan, MD Rees is a highly skilled and compassionate pulmonary and critical care physician currently practicing at Atelier Health. With a deep commitment to patient care and medical excellence, Dr. Rees brings his expertise in diagnosing and treating complex pulmonary conditions, managing critically ill patients, and advancing cutting-edge treatment approaches. His previous experience at Beverly Hills Pulmonary Associates and Kaiser Permanente – Los Angeles Medical Center has honed his ability to provide top-tier care in both hospital and outpatient settings, making him a trusted specialist in his field.
A graduate of the prestigious Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California (USC), Dr. Rees has pursued rigorous training, completing his fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Critical Care Medicine, he has contributed to the medical community through research published in journals such as CHEST and Stem Cells Translational Medicine. His work explores innovative approaches to the treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and Pneumonia, the use of alternative treatments for septic shock, and critical care protocols, demonstrating his commitment to pushing the boundaries of medicine.
Dr. Rees’s dedication to excellence has earned him several accolades, including being recognized as a 2025 Super Doctors Rising Star in Pulmonology. He has also been honored by Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and the Los Angeles County + USC Medical Center for his contributions to patient safety, research, and quality improvement.
